I have had to use 64 West twice in the past three years due to accidents that were not my fault. Both times they were highly efficient and repairs were finished in appropriate time. Their work is extremely good. They handle all paperwork with insurance Companies and make sure everything needed is complete. Would not hesitate to use them in the future if needed. If I could give zero stars I would. The worst experience with any vehicle service or repair this coming from someone who was the lead tech at a local dealership and worked with one of the ladies in the offi e at 64w. My wife was side swiped down the passenger side of the car on may 7th. Drove the car home and found this place through the insurance. Dropped the car off on may 9th. Was told it would be 15days. They lead us on for weeks saying it'll be done this or that day. June 5th they call my wife and ask her if she wants them to replace the radiator because it was leaking. This is a 2020 and never leaked a drop before. There was zero damage to the front of the car or to the skid plate that covers past the radiator under the car. I showed up and seen the front bumper removed and seen there was a leak. They blamed it on my wife hitting something else. 1-The ac condenser is in FRONT of the radiator with zero damage to it. 2- there was no damage to the front of the car. 3- the skid plate under was completely intact. 4- it was only noticed 27 days after they got the car? If it was leaking before then why wasn't it on the original estimate? I asked if they had a pressure tester and was told NO. 2 days later i called to check on the car and they advised me it was in sebring at nissan. I asked them if they fixed the radiator and they said no. BUT DROVE THE CAR TO 2 DIFFERENT SHOPS WITH A LEAKING RADIATOR. I got in touch with my insurance and got them involved. The insurance asked if they could pressure test it and they said YES and tested it immediately. The woman who spoke to the insurance adjuster lied to them and told them my wife admitted to hitting something and that's why it was leaking. The insurance payed for the radiator. I didn't get my car back until June 13th. So from may 9th to June 13th for a 15 day repair. They are notorious for pushing people's repair aside for other customers. Never again will I bring anything to this shop.Not to mention going through the car today there is sanding dust all throughout the car. They wiped the seats bit that was about it.
